WTSC ASSESSMENT FORM

Please use the form below to fill in all of your Producer Information. Once complete, you will be prompted to Print and Save one copy for your records and one copy to mail WTSC along with your Assessment Fee.  

For assessment purposes, includes only Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, tall fescue, hard fescue, slender fescue and creeping red fescue produced in counties east of the summit of the Cascade Mountains in the state of Washington.

This report is due no later than the last day of the calendar year month following the quarter in which settlement occurred. The WTSC is legally authorized to collect up to a 10% penalty on assessments past due 30 or more days.
